My name is Samone, and I will be interning with the Counseling and Education Center this summer. I’m currently a dual major in psychology and sociology, with plans to pursue a career in counseling. I’ve always had a deep passion for helping others, especially when it comes to emotional and mental well-beings. Over time, that passion has grown into a commitment to truly understanding people with things such as their stories, struggles, and strengths. What drives me most is the desire to make a real difference. I want to be apart of the reason our society becomes more compassionate, supportive and better informed.
